2 cups Greek vanilla or plain yogurt
.75 cup strawberries sliced
1 cup strawberries diced (.25 inch by .25”)
.5 cup Orchard Pond Old Fashioned Granola
2 tablespoons Orchard Pond Honey
Puree the sliced strawberries, honey, and half the yogurt in a blender until smooth. Layer the popsicles in the mold as follows: 1 spoonful cubed strawberries, 1 spoonful vanilla yogurt, 1 spoonful vanilla strawberry yogurt, 1 spoonful granola, repeating layers until the mold is filled to the top. Place sticks and cover on the mold and leave in freezer overnight.
To remove the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for ten to fifteen seconds. Enjoy!
